Four of us fished the ledge until about noon. Then decided to go look at some bottom inshore. We found a nice ledge in 110’. It has some big vermilions and big scamp. Fished live bait for the most part. We ended the day with 19 Scamp and One Gag. Fished with Captain Chris from the Keys, www.captchris.com. He caught his limit with in about a 30 minute period. His reel was smoking today. He actually cranked the handle right off.

We were in 90’ and managed an ARS (my first), a nice red grouper around 26" and ~10 lbs, some nice seabass, and that’s about it unless you want to mention the sharks and remora’s.
Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling?

Roger. I was eating dinner with the girlfriends parents and some of their business people so I couldn't chat with Allan that long, but he said they did pretty well. We will be out there tomorrow somewhere as I am doing a friend a favor and taking some of his divers out while his boat is in the shop. Check your email.
