Took the boat for a ride this afternoon and it doesn’t have much throttle in reverse. If you had to back down quick you would run over what is in front of you. Plenty of throttle in forward and shift handle is straight up and down in neutral on a side console box. Any ideas out there. Also does anybody have a 2 wire t/t motor laying around?
