I got off to a late start Saturday morning but I hit the water around 10ish in the upper lake. Caught a bunch of shorts and only 2 keepers with the biggest at 24 inches. I believe if I were there at day light I would’ve been more productive on planer boards but the bite was still good. I moved to another spot and was finding fish in deeper water so I dropped a few down rods and began to feed them.
I still haven’t been able to hit one of my spots early morning but I will prolly do so Friday.
