Left out of Shem Creek Sat. morning. It was our first bottom fishing trip. Had a great time. Second spot we tried paid off. Caught a cooler full of fish. Black seabass, red snapper, vermillion, porgies, and a few sharks. We also landed 2 kings and 3 amber jacks (about 60lbs each). I had something grab hold to my line that almost pulled me over. Never saw it. Whatever it was rubbed the line against something and broke it off. Weather was nice for the most part. Caught a few showers. Can’t wait to get back out there.
