I’m selling a tract I bought… found another and fell in love and need to let this one loose. Williamsburg County, just South of Kingstree, near Salters. Anyway, the whole area is trophy managed (mount only) and has tons of ducks (200 summers and about 60 big ducks last year) on the beaver ponds in the back. Lots of turkeys. Has a blackwater stream running down the center of it. Scheduled to be cut in the next few months. Big oaks will be left as well as buffers, borders and SMZ’s.

At $600 and acre must be a lot of low land. At that price unless it was covered in hazardous waste, I’d be interested if it was closer to home.
