Guys,
This is my first post on this thread but I have a 16" 1996 Neptune CC with an 88 Johnson. I’m thinking about selling it and getting a 20’+ CC. My boat is loaded with everything you could ask for but I can’t fish offshore with it. Do y’all think $5,500 is to much for it. It has a 55 thrust Min Kota trolling motor, brand new eagle fishmark depth finder, Lowrance GPS, CB weather radio, CD player, T top with T bag,. Sorry if this is not the thread for this guys any help is greatly appreciated.

You might want to take a look a Kelly Blue Book to see what the value is on that boat. However, $5500 seems reasonable.

Nasty Dawg,
The price depends on the condition of your boat. If it’s a typical 14 year old boat with normal wear on the hull and trailer and hours on the engine, it probably won’t sell for that much. If it’s in very good/exceptional condition then your price may be in the ball park. A good starting point would be to go to www.nadaguides.com and the boat section and price it yourself.
The boat is in new condition, I’ve never seen a boat this clean, it almost looks like a 2000+ model.

It’s worth what someone will pay for it. Post an add somewhere for it and see what happens. Just remember people will always assume it is O.B.O so if you want 5,500, start a little higher. Good luck!
