Any input guys?? Has a 2002 300 hp yammy hpdi!! I Have heard that the hpdi is the worst motor made…etc. Anything will be greatly appreciated Thanks!!! Anyone have any price inputs on this setup?? Wont hold anyone to the dollar amount, just trying to get a feel the range can be broad!!! Thanks!!

300 is good choice of HP for that boat but maybe not so on the HPDI.
if you want the HDPI to live, run 91 or better fuel, run Yamaha direct injection oil, and run ring free in every tank, it will live if you do this, run crappy fuel or cheap oil, don’t expect much out of it
Yes I have heard nothing but bad things about the 300 hpdi so thats kind of a bust!! But I also have heard nothing but good things about the sea craft boats!! Does anyone have an idea of what a 300 hpdi with 800 hours on it would go for price wise?? Of course with all wiring and controls!! Thanks for the input everyone!!
