1st Offshore trip of the year

Finally made it out yesterday after getting boat back from electronics repairs. Left SI at 4:30 and first lines in around 6:45. First hookup in less than 5 minutes. Fished around the 226 and 380 and ended up being an unbelievable day. 19 mahi, one at 32lb and 1 at 29lb. Half were caught on pitch baits. Had two tripple hookups (2/3 were brought in each time) and one quad hookup (all 4 brought in boat). Thanks Ed, Todd and John for a great day of fishing and laughs.

Will try and get photo’s and video (one guy fell while trying to put bull in locker and was “nut slapped” [:0]by pissed off bull tail on the floor. Two others tried to jump out of skin trying for higher ground to avoid the ass kickn. Unbelievable funny vedio

The so called “victim” has threatened injury if the video makes it on the internet. Let me tell you, probably the finniest thing I have ever seen. The real victim is being served for dinner tonight. Still contemplating posting the video

nut slapped. haha!

Sounds like a fun day, glad to see we were not the only ones with pissed off bulls. My nephew leaned over to slide a bull in the box Tuesday and got the Capt. D’s face slap, he came up with his glasses hanging off his face, and the look was priceless.
