1st Time Shrimping in Charleston

So I have shrimped all over the lowcountry mainly the May river in bluffton, but never in charleston. I was wondering if there are there a few main spot where most people go that someone could share. Probably putting in at Wapoo or Limehouse. Thanks.

I haven’t had much luck, no help here

Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

If you put in at Wappoo you can try crab bank, James island side of harbor, yorktown, the golf course, just look for the crowd.

Check your PM’s

fish nude so u can show off ur pole…

Bulls Bay is good.

Moved to HHI a year ago love shrimping. Ben with my brother for several years running the poles as he throws the net. Would love t.o deep hole but have had the chance. Any good spots you could share to go solo. I am an experienced boater and can throw a net better than big bro no matter what he thinks

Deep holing I don't know, but baiting we use to tear'em up in the May River!
