I’ve got this odd (jinx?) luck where I’m just catching two fish per day here in the creek (Toomer). I would have though the fish would be schooled and, once I caught one, I’d catch more. No such luck though.
Yesterday’s catch:
15" on a ZMan Minnowz
Then this guy:
21" on the same ZMan Minnowz lure.
The day before:
14" on a DOA Deadly Combo
And then this guy:
15" on the ZMan lure.
Better than catching nothing - that’s for sure! But strange that I’m just catching one of each type, and “limit” of two lately.
BTW - it’s not always like that. There were days at the end of the summer that I’d catch and release 5-7 reds in a couple hours.
