I want to tell a quick story about some excellent customer service. 2 weeks ago, I blew a powerhead on a 200HPDI. I contacted Chris V, went over potential solutions to my problem: New Engine, Rebuild the existing powerhead, new Powerhead, total repower. Chris was reasonable patient with my probing questions. We agreed a new powerhead was the best course. Well, being that it is the busiest time of the year, I expected some pushback on my request - have the boat totally repaired prior to July 4th weekend. Chris gave me a HARD committment date of this Friday at 5pm. Well, I was having a shi*** day and recevied a call from a dock hand at my marina. Frank told me my boat was back and repaired! Well, my shi*** day turned around and I can’t wait to get back to Charleston! Thanks Chris!
