I think I have this figured out but I thought I would ask just to be sure and get another opinion. I have a 115 johnson that started sputtering out above 3K RPMs randomly. It would surge back and forth sometimes and then other times run fine. No problem at all at idle. I have ordered a new powerpack to hopefully fix the problem after reading every forum around. I do not think its a fuel issue as the bulb remains firm all the time and all fuel lines look almost new under the cowling. Just curious if any of ya’ll have dealt with this problem before.
