been sitting bout 8-9 months. Tank was drained and i have started it a few times. You’ll hear it run before it leaves. It’s not difficult. just plug in the harness, battery and an aux fuel tank.

I installed 4-5 batteries under the console and it couldn’t handle the weight and it cracked the floor at the base of the console. I’ve cut it out and was going to repair but don’t have the time and I hate to see it sit. Full time school work, house and hopefully a baby on the way means stuff has to go. I have other boats.

I’ll add more later as I think of it. I work nights and have limited phone/internet access. But I’m free until 3pm for anyone that wants to take a look.

So mechanically the bot is sound it’s just the cracked floor under the console??? Or were you draining the gas tank because it is also failing??

Same question as surf wrangler. Is the gas tank good?

Also, is the floor soft or rotten, or did it just crack? Why did you need to cut out such a large section of deck?

The tank is good. I just drained it so that gas wouldn’t sit.
The floor is not rotten at all. It’s the honeycomb Nidacore composite deck
I cut as much as I did to make sure there wasn’t more damage and there wasn’t.
I keep going back-and-forth whether or not to just suck it up and fix it or sell as is.
I’m likely going to order material to start fixing next week if I can’t sell.

I PM’d you. Thx
