2003 Yamaha 50hp 2 stroke

For the last 2 years I have been having motor issues taken it to several mechanics to repair it and it will work for a trip or 2. It has yet to leave me totally stranded but I have been very lucky to get back to the trailer many times. I have recently rebuilt and cleaned the cards, replaced the fuel pump, cleaned the fuel filter and the lines and today I took it out with a portable tank to check all of the connections. I ran a lot of 50/50 Sea Foam and Gas today before I took it out to make sure it was clean. It smoaked a lot. It started great got up to full throttle then slowly died and wouldn’t get back on plane. Again it did slowly get me back to the dock. Can anyone give me the next course of action before I throw it in the river.
Thanks for any help

Turns out all of my fuel lines were eaten apart from the inside and the pieces were getting trapped in the carbs. Thank you for the ethanol government.

and they want to increase the ethanol levels
