anybody ever heard of this issue? If I tilt the motor up for any length of time, when I lower it the motor will not crank, it will turn over but will not fire. if I leave it down for 30-45 minutes it will crank

sounds like the kill switch is pulled out… spins over just fine but will not fire up.
