2006 Yamaha 50tlr low power under load

not enough power to get on a plane or back on the trailer. no tach so i’m not sure rpms. it still has the factory prop and i recently replaced all fuel lines, filters, cleaned carbs. float was sticking but fixed now. any ideas? thx
