I have had some ongoing issues with motor powering down and stalling out .Yesterday I ran it and it stalled out when I reached about 4500 rpms but then after a few seconds it would power up after giving it a little gas .Today I ran it not exceeding 2000 rpms and ran about 15 minutes and it powered down and shut off completely . After waiting a few minutes it would start and run for a few minutes and repeat the process . I have replaced fuel pump , cleaned injectors , emptied tank added fresh gas . I have also changed out pick up tube and replaced fuel water separator . I am frustrated to say the least , any ideas on what to do next ?

The only thing left is the VST pump. It may be losing pressure some how or the pump is clogging intermittently. Drain the pump and check the gas for rust or particulate.
