I may take you up on your offer. Do you have the new 4.2l? The salesman was insisting a 250hp was overkill and there was tons of them with 150’s. The specs show at 30 mph the 3.3l 150 was at 4k and the 250 was at 3k. That alone should sell it. That is a whole lot less wear and tear keeping the engine 1k rpm less.

Seriously, we can go any time you want. You will see why you need a bigger motor and not because it’s so screaming fast. With a full load I can’t even hit 50 mph. With the 150 I doubt you’d hit 40 with a full load. Lots of wear coming out of the hole and coming on and off plane in rougher water. I’m not selling these things, I’m just trying to help.
All that being said if you’re throwing a few beach chairs and cruising over to the sandbar with it it might be fine. The Seafox might be fine with it as well as I have no experience whatsoever with them.
