2 Boats out fishing today, its the final day of the 2013 SC Wahoo Series.
Papa Bear has a 62.5 lb wahoo on the board from their first day. They are looking to catch a second fish, and over take the lead.
Cold Shower has a small fish on the board from their first day, they are looking to put a big one up today, and put them in contention going into the shootout.
The series is still wide open, all series boats have a bonus day by fishing the 9th Annual Hilton Head Harbor Wahoo Shootout. Any team with a good fish on the board is still in contention. The right fish could win someone $20,000.00 cash!
Good Luck!
Nice Fish Collins! Congrats!
Final day of the series is over, what a day. 2 boats fished under tough conditions with big points on the line.
Cold shower fished hard and caught some nice fish, wahoo and tuna.
Papa Bear caught a nice wahoo today to go with his 62.5 they caught on their first day. It could be enough to take the overall points leads.
Both boats fished straight out of Hilton Head, said it looked good out there and both boats put a nice box, of wahoo and tunas together. Its amazing how a couple days changes everything.
They will weigh in the morning.
Papa Bear

Final weights are in for the series. Boats had to get their 2 fish days in by April 2nd. Now it will all come down to the bonus day at the Hilton Head Harbor Wahoo Shootout to see if Papa Bear can hold on!
Cold shower had a great day on the water, they did not weigh a wahoo, but had several tuna including a 22.5lb!
Papa Bear put the heat on everyone. They weighed a 50.1lb wahoo this morning to go with the 62.5 lb wahoo they weighed on their first day. Its big enough to take the overall points lead in the series.
With several good fish on the board Papa Bear is not out of the woods yet, it will come down to the Hilton Head Harbor Wahoo Shootout to determine the winner. It only takes one bite!

Hope to see everyone at the Shootout Captains meeting tomorrow, come fish, and win lots of $$$ and great prizes!
Also any boats running fish a long way, we will help you out with dockage, and we have a boat ramp on site! Anything we can do to help!

Pretty work Big Papa! Cant wait till next year to try to make up for some tuff luck this year. We fish tournys from edisto to Georgetown every year from HHI and would love to see some charleston area boats in our event to make it bigger and better(more $$$). But I guess a 2 hr drive is way too far for $10k+. Thanks Marc and crew for a great event. See ya next year for sure.

Mark,
Thanks for putting on another great event! It doesn’t get any better, the 100% payback, Catered Awards Banquet, the door prizes, and tough competition.
Congratulations to Robby and the “Tuna Hut” crew for dominating yesterday. Michael and the “Papa Bear” team for winning the series.
I’ve been fishing a long time, from Pro Bass Tournament’s to Governor’s Bill-Fish and it doesn’t get any better. See you next year.
Thanks guys, can’t wait for next year. Thanks Mark and everyone for puting together such a great event. It’s one of my favorites…
I cant thank you guys enough for the support, and fishing these events with us. What a great group of fisherman, and a great couple of months!
Hope you enjoyed the reports and I would love to see more boats next year. I know its a 2 hour car drive for the charleston crew, but everything else about it makes it fisherman friendly, and it could be worth Big! Big! Money, just ask Papa Bear!
