This is the 4th year we have held this event on Lake Murray. This year the event was held in collaboration with the Wounded Warrior Project. 19 fishermen took approximately 40 Wounded Warriors fishing for striped bass. The event was a huge success as every wounded warrior not only had a great time fishing but the day ended with a great BBQ chicken lunch and an awards ceremony for the three biggest fish. This year we had enough donations that allowed us to have a drawing for prizes. Every Wounded Warrior left with a token of our appreciation for their comittment and service. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the people that contributed to this event and especially to the BOAT CAPTAINS that so kindly donated their time, talents, and equipment for our troops. They all did a great job!!!
