Is there anyone that would let me try out their 23p OMC prop on my boat? I currently have a Renegade offshore 21p 4 blade and I want to see what a 3 blade will do. I would swap props for collateral or money if you wanted.
I am curious to see how the boat will act. Currently its awesome out of the hole and tops out at 55.6mph GPS at 5800rpm with 3 adults, 40 gal gas and fully geared up. I want to see if I can get a little better cruise speed with a 23p to keep the rpms lower around 40mph.

40mph is one hell of a cruise speed…I’m guessing it’s just my years telling on me.

I was thinking of swinging in there at lunch time one day. He has fixed some of my mangled props before and does great work. I don’t know what to expect with a 3 blade and if its not worth it, I will feel obligated to buy the prop from skips for him letting me try it.
