26 inch trout

Went to our " secret spot " north of charleston and did pretty well. Ended the day with a handful of trout with one measuring in at 26 inches. I was also able to catch my first trout on the fly rod.

26" trout is a stud for around here – was it in a lake/pond, or in moving water? Nice catch!

It was in a saltwater pond that was fed by the incoming tide.

Not going to do too much breeding in a pond.

Haters man! ^ Nice trout. Period.

No matter how many variables I have control over, I never expect a bite. I only hope.

Are you near the railroad tracks? I know that spot! LOL
