Caught this beauty on a gold d.o.a shrimp under a popping cork. Caught it on a brand new rod and reel as well. The setup was the new quantum iron pt 25 reel, blue 20lb power pro slick, all matched up to a berkley E-MOTION rod. I tried to get a good pic of the red but couldn’t keep him still, but when layer out strait and with his tail pinched, he was 26". My largest red this year and my first this year on artificial. Also please check out the video of me catching this red!-------> https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ecgyFVu9g9U
Yes sir it is, I have owned a ride 135, jackson big tuna perception kayaks (multiple) and a hobie outback but I went back with the ride 135, I love it! I love wilderness systems kayaks in general, I am hoping that one day I can pick them up as a sponsor, I would love to represent them!

Getting on the Wilderness Systems fishing team in no small task. You’re going to need great credentials, some media savvy, and lots of persistence.
It’s still the best job I ever had.

Great fish!! But I’m pretty sure you don’t pinch this type of tail together to measure.
