3/13 slay sesh

what a great day on the water!

hit my favorite inlent south of chs harbor for the early am low. found the schools in their usual haunts. they were spooky when grouped up, but as the morning went along, tide came up, and the temp increased, the fish broke up and started single and small group cruisin along the grasslines. w/ the very clear water, this made for some awesome stalking and sight casting opportunities standing up in the kayak. had dozens and dozens of really good shots at fish. groups singles everything. spooked a ton but ended up catching 7 fish on the day. there were some bruisers out there, biggest i caught was prolly high 20s low 30s, but i saw some out there much bigger than that.

camera was left in columbia. sucks.

this is my favorite time of year, and tailing time can’t be too far away, the fish are definitely getting out of winter mode

hope everyone’s been gettin on it
