Pulling out of tolers at 430

We’re heading out this morning as well- leaving City Marina at 5am, running straight out.

Edgewater 245cc

Buoy showing 3.3 ft with a 5.8 average period. Not much fun for the little guys.

Pioneer 222 Sportfish
Yamaha 250

I would not leave the water…

It was a great ride out, we hit 54mph at one point, but average around 42mph. Ocean was beautiful and friendly almost all day. Ride back in was around 36 mph.
Brought home 30 and 50 lb wahoos as well as a 22 lb blackfin. Had several knockdowns and lost 2 more wahoo- one cutoff and pulled the hook on another.
All in all, it was a great day.

Edgewater 245cc

we ended up with 2 wahoo…one 50 and one 70+ (rusty scale put it at 67)

2.5 blackfin (mako got half of it…probably a 150 lber)

Thanks for the reports guys. Been wondering if anyone did anything Tuesday, weather report looked pretty awesome. Hate we missed it. Congrats on the nice wahoos and blackfins.
