Inshore Slam today! Slow start. Keeper red on TT. Flounder on TT. I am very sorry I lost him close to the boat. I was cussing about that one. He was definitely 18 inches or better. After this loss I got the net out of storage.
I am glad I did because I was in the trout thick! I spent more time getting trout off my Mirrolure catch jr than I did casting! 7+ trout all 15 in or better. The guy below I invited to dinner. He had 2 mullet in his gut. I saw finger mullet in the shallows. I think the trout were just sitting there looking for the mullet size they liked to come by and hammered them. Just like a mullet buffet.
