3 days reports

Tuesday 5/14 fished behind Sullivans and IOP on the falling tides from about 1 to 5. Got skunked. Not even a nibble! Worked probably a dozen fishy looking spots (dock with structure, riprap, creek mouths, oyster beds etc.) Used live mudders under corks and on carolina rigs all day. Frustrating not to catch anything but a beautiful day on the water.

Friday 5/17 fished the Wando between Remleys and Horlbeck Creek on the rising tide from 8:30-12:30. Was searching for reds and saw a few along the grass lines but couldnt get them to bite. Used live mudders under corks and cut bait on carolina rigs. Only caught one baby flounder and a few junk fish.

Saturday morning 5/18 fished the Wando again same as the day before caught one decent sized trout and saw no reds.

This was my first week fishing from my own boat and I’ve discovered that the fellas on this site make it seem a lot easier than it is! Its always fun being on the water but I’m dying to pull a red into the boat!
