I’m going on Sunday.

Hopefully the pirate chicks we heard about (but no one got a picture of) will be there again…oh and the cool new boats too.

I wish i could make it but i cant because of illness and death in the family. I was hoping to see A 39 ft Midnight Express CC.

I’m going Friday, taking my 4yo daughter to her first boat show. I’ll bet we get in almost every boat there. I want to look at some new bayboats, just to see what iI like best.

Wonder if the freeman 37 will be there. That is what I’d like to see!

Coming down for the oyster roast so not really enough time to go and really enjoy the show. Porbably just as well, I would just end up drolling over a bunch of boats I can’t afford.

I will feel sorry for those poor boat guys that are stuck outside on Fri with a high temp of 36…and wind.

Check out the 26 HPS as well Fritz.

The 26 is a nice boat for sure. Hard to imagine I could have purchased 4, 22’s when I got my first one for the price of the 26 today

Fritz…i feel your pain. I bought a 23HPS while deployed to Afghanistan and I am embarrased to admit what it cost. Especially with all the extras.

Im impreesed with the qualiry, speed and ride, had it to the reef a few times in some slop had it in the keys offshore and inshore for three weeks. loaded up on the dolhin, gunts, mangrove snapper…etc.

Left there and took it to Homossassa (Crystal River) for a week of scalloping.Very impresssive ride. if you havent had the oportunity to run one,if you are free sometime I’d be glad to show you what it can do.

Regulator 25 with twin 200’s.

Need to reach a bit further offshore.

By my calculations the multiple fish boxes, cooler and live wells ( not the fuel tank or freshwater tank) can hold just at 3000 12 oz cans of Bonzo’s and Cousin Ed 's favored Miller Lites!! Don’t even need to use the bilge or head compartment.

Now if it’ll only fit in my driveway and hope my wife doesn’t notice.

Went today in the cold. The 28 regulator is a serious fishing machine. That’s a lot of money for a 28, but a dang nice boat.

Also saw the newer cast and blast boats. Great little boats and very good price point.

Most impressive was the 35 outrage, but at 450k+, I would most certainly have me something with air conditioning. The extendable t-top is a nice touch and the electronics package is impressive. The big Scout was nice too, but didnt compare to that Whaler.

The Regulators seem to feature small live wells for 23-25 ft boats. Those NC boys don’t use live bait much?

The Jupiter 26 looked like a nice deal.
The cobia 25 surprised me with notable flex walking on fish box hatches
Sea hunt GF 25 made me want the 27
The BW Outrage 25 nice all around. Don’t know muh about the ride. My last Whaler was just a Montauk.
The Sportsman 25 had innumerable features/amenities - was wondering where the money was saved since pricing reasonable. Freshwater Helm misters- yes, it had them
Scout 245- not a fan of faux wood, leather.
Everglades 250- not at the show. Seems they only brought Key Wests.

Not fitting much more than 25 ft on my boat pad. Any opinions?

Stopped in Garris Landing at 1is to see if H20 was still there and get the smell of p
Pluff mud…I love it!

The beer and oystas great at Chem creek delish.

Boat show was da bomb! Matt had to pull me off the 17 foot Key West like a

My favorite was the tug boat outside. That was best in show imo

This Sea Fox 249 Avenger struck me as the most ‘interesting’ of the boats we were comparing (looking at 23-26ish foot CCs):

I also really liked that Regulator 25. One of the guys told me they’re releasing a 23 soon and its basically the 25 but slightly narrower (and shorter, obviously). He said there will be a press release at the Miami boat show I think. Same motor bracket, but maybe just a single I think.

That 25 foot whaler was used. We were told a guy at Kiawah bought it, had it for like 2 days, came back and said “I want something bigger”. And bam, 50% off for whoever wants a boat with 15 hours on it (still was something like $140k).
