Met Lost@Sea, and a couple of friends from the upstate for some after church fishing today. The weatherman missed today’s forecast by a country mile, but after the tide started falling the bite turned on for a bit.
I hit creek mouths to start with not much luck, Carter on the other hand hits a little grass pocket that I paddled right by and hooked up with a 29 1/2 inch red.
Once the water started moving I hit a couple of docks and never moved again. Picked up 7 slot reds, lost 4 more. All were tight to the pilings and in less than 2 feet of water.
Carter will be along sometime later to put up his numbers.
