Went out yesterday. Wind wasn’t too bad. Stopped at the nearshore and caught a bunch of 8-10" BSB’s and a few of those “bank sea bass?”. Did catch a couple of keepers though and one fair sized weakfish. Felt bold enough to run out to the 60. Ran out at about 20-23mph. Only caught a few small BSB’s there too. Had a loon for a fishing partner. Michelle went to release one of the small BSB’s and the ■■■■ loon came up from under water and took it out of her finger tips. Never thought I’d see a loon choke down a BSB but I sure did that day. Tried to get a pic of it but he got away fom the boat to finish his dinner. Of course he came right back. Came back in and stopped back off at the nearshore and caught 20,211 undersized BSB’s. Wind picked up and got NASTY so we rode on in. It was a lot of fun but didn’t really get on the fish. Caught enough for dinner though. Good day.

One Motor Wonder!

At least you got out on the water. Thanks for the report.

Catching Sea Bass has to be the BEST catch and release fun ever. Kinda like bream but fight like a striper…I love catching sea bass but since each trip costs atleast $180, I want some meat to take home! Glad you goat out, look how pretty the water was at the 60! Blue water is moving in.

Better than my office, very tasty fish.Got a good mess of them Fly.
