Met up with everyone at 2:30 to load up and made one quick stop before heading to Wappoo. We broke by the rocks at around 4:15 and didn’t stop until we were a few miles past the 226. Plan was to start fishing deep and work our way in. Hooked up with a dolphin within the first 20 minutes. Then things were kinda slow for awhile. Moved back closer to the 226 and “picked” at them for awhile. A little while later we went six for six with a four man crew. Alot of commotion on a 26 footer (Six on at a time will test even the best friendships), but we pulled it off and were stoked for the rest of the day. Ended the day with 11 mahi and had a beautiful ride home. Great way to start off the season.
Did anyone else notice all of the Man-o-Wars, must have seen a half dozen!
We saw a bunch of MOW three weeks ago. Good on ya for the first trip. The fire drills make the freindships stronger at the end of the day, don’t you think?

Yea they do! We had a great time and the chaos just adds to it! However, 15 hours on a boat makes my 28 year old body feel like an old man that got hit by a train!
Nice job Daniel. Its Trey, glad to see yall got into them. You gotta love the commotion that ensues when all those rods go down like that. We went thursday and had 5 and 6 go down and it was crazy with three people. We ended up with 24 mahi and 1 wahoo.
Dove huntin, hot oysters, and a mouth full of liquor, it dont get no better,i tell ya it dont get no better!-Bud Lemon
