Headed out the jetties about 8:30 to an ugly sea. Forecast called for laying down seas so we headed on out. Finally get to the spot to see the fish stacked on the spot on the sonar. Dropped down and immediately start haulin. Got b-liners, triggers, pinks, grunts and released some stud bsbs. Started heading back in around 2 and made it about a mile or two on a beautiful ocean. Then things turned for the worst. You could see the edge of that front like a line in the sand. The last 20 miles or so was quite a white knuckle ride. Hope everyone that braved the forcast yesterday made it home in one piece.

Was that you at black banks we where the divers that came over to you to let you know what we where doing . Yea we seen that front to and ran home but wasn’t bad fortheworldcat till we got to jetties and ran the waves in was nasty.

I was somewhat upset that my fishing buddies had in a way failed me and my offshore trip today didn’t happened. But from your report a gather that it was for good.
