I think this has been asked before but I can’t recall. Does anyone know what people are Fishing for when they are anchored up in front of the Hwy 41 bridge? I wouldn’t think it was Sheephead because they are usually about 20 yards from the bridge in the middle. Maybe Reds off the bottom? Also, in the winter when the Reds are schooled up is it still effective to fish docks and oyster beads or is it more site fishing? Thanks in advanced.

I catch reds in the Wando at some of the same docks and oyster beds that I do in the warmer months. They will be in schools as well.

I have heard of drum being caught there?

I too have heard of the Monster Black Drum being pulled off that bridge
