its about a 10 to 12 mile run from folly landing
Put in at Folly Landing, once you get to the inlet between folly and Kiawah its 7 nm from there

Be careful going out the STONO inlet, it is a little dicey, it isn’t for rookies or the feint of heart. If you want the safest way to 4KI in a smaller boat, put in at Cherry Point Landing (google it) and go out the North Edisto Inlet, it is easy and it is only 6.5 miles offshore. Good Luck!
