we had and great day and caught a lot of quality fish. we went south towards the Deli to get away from the parking lot at Edisto Banks. It was a great decision because we didn’t see any other boats and the action was hot all day long. we all lines in at 8:45 and had 7 fish in the boat by 9:30. First fish was a nice Black fin and from there on the fish just kept getting bigger. Biggest fish of the day was a 60lb. wahoo that screamed off a lot of line. left the fish biting and ended up with 20 fish 14 dolphin, 4 black fin. and 2 wahoo. o by the way the forecast was wrong and it was a great day out there.
We were just north at the sow pen , 21 dolphin. All fish were in the temp break from 190-220.

Great report and catch. We are heading to the deli late this week. Did the fish hit certain colors? Did you hook the wahoo on the surface or off a planer?
yeah we are hopefully heading back out this weekend again. All Fish were caught in 180-220 ft and all fish were caught on the surface and it didn’t matter what color it was they were hitting everything.
