Got the invite from Simon to roll on Capt Andys ride. WX looked bumpy but doable and the ride was good considering sea conditions. Anyways we got to the break everyone was fishing and pulled a variety of baits all morning without a knockdown. Ocean was pretty nasty and those weeds were scattered like Waffle House hash browns! I started lobbying for a run to Edisto Banks and well I’m glad we did. Put out some cedar plugs and flippy floppies and some heavy planer stuff for wahoo. No hoos but the big blackfin cooperated. Not what I was expecting but grateful. Got to watch some big kings sky on our baits too which was a hoot. Glad to get out and made some new friends!
