left the dock 345 to a slightly bumpy and confused sea. lines in at ledge for a quick high speed with no takers. moved out to a break and scattered grass south of 226 in around 550’. picked up 1 real quick and decided we would run out deeper and see what we could find. Nothing any better so we turned around and came back in to the same break and picked up a couple more. after short time, we worked our way back in as winds seemed to be getting stronger. best bite seemed between 300’ and 215’. bait seemed scattered around everywhere. last minute planer rod went off. was thinking it was the day maker wahoo until we saw color and knew it wasn’t. turned out to be a king that was gladly added to the box. lines out at 330. wet bumpy ride home until 15mi out and got better. back at dock 545. wasn’t a bad day but never found an edge we were hoping for. 9 phins and 1 merc missle
