5/19 DOLPHIN are here! (pic)

Left out this morning at 5:45am to meet a sloppy ocean, slowly made offshore and started fishing at 9:30am in about 1400’ on a scattered weedline, picked up 2 and headed out about a mile or so and found a decent line and game on! With the fish still biting, pulled lines at 1:00pm loaded with freezer meat, largest two were 28 and 30 pounds. With tired crew and fatigued arms enjoyed nice ride home early again.(see 5/16 awesome day post). Ended with 44 dolphin, they are here for sure!

Didn’t you read the Scratching my head thread:question:

great job how many miles out is 1400 ft ???

Easy, Yes I read it, But I have my own opinion. We’ve had a great season this year so far.

I think 1400 was about 65 miles out.

Nice!!, was your camera man standing on his head?

“Why Bruce?”

Fred, That was me standing on the top deck of the bow, high as I could but still missed part of the fish! I for got the GoPro so no video this trip.:sunglasses: LOL
