Last Saturday we took the kayaks to a reservoir near my house with my wife, son, & father n law. Water was high & took us a while to figure them out but once we did it was great. Kept 1 bass, 2 crappie, & around 20 bream. We caught at least 3 times that many.
Yesterday day i took my wife, son, & daughter on the boat to lynches river right outside of Lee State Park but the water was still moving way too fast, i assume from the rain we got earlier in the week. We decided to go into the park at a dock past the campground. Saw a lot of 12" or so bass moving around but no luck. I think between the rain, cold front, & shrinking moon everything had lock jaw.
