Went out to 75’ and caught a few and then headed out to 100’ and smashed ‘em! No big gorillas, just good solid fish. Got covered up with sharks at the first stop in 100’ and had to leave. They’re fun for a little but ended up wasting grouper bait on them. Saw a lone dolphin swimming around the boat (15-20lbs.), I chunked to him and had him on for 3 good passes beside the boat but sometimes you can’t even buy a good gaff man. Saw one more dolphin under a turtle but couldn’t make him hit anything. The turtle dove and the dolphin took off. No kicker fish on this trip.Just a little bumpy on the way out but smoothed out good for the ride in - 20mph out and 32 in.
