Left North Edisto and headed to EB. forecast was right on, unlike a couple of weeks ago - 2-3 ft seas, with the occasional 3-4. Got to the banks, a little bit sloppy, but not too bad, thank goodness. No weeds to speak of, just a few scattered here and there. Just kept trolling up and down and across the ledge. Thought about going deeper, but all I heard was that boats were coming back to the ledge, with nothing at all going on deeper. Pickes and picked all day. Ended up with seven mahi and two AJ’s. For some reason, either we are all getting older and weaker, or the mahi all fought above their weight!!
Ride back was about an hour quicker than outgoing!
