5/7 First Trip on new boat

Went this past Thursday and picked up my new boat in NC outside of Willmington. Didn’t get to Edisto until 10 that night. Loaded the boat, entered numbers, then went to bed for a long 2 hour nap. Put the boat in at 3 and headed out. Great ride out at 38mph. We had an amazing day!!! Put 35 Dolphin in the boat. Released 9 peanuts and brought 26 back to the hill. My best day ever. We put several in the boat over 30lbs. Crew/friends were great. Captian is down with shoulder injury and only able to drive, bark and drink coooool beer. They were busy and did a great job. Pointed at the hill at 1:30 and let it eat towards at 42mph. Great day except for the fish/boat cleaning. Thanks for all the great information posted on this site and good job to Missin4weeks and their crew for using their heads to get their crewmember to safety with the eperb to get Coast Gaurd help.

Will post pics once I figure out how to do it.
