Left Big Bay Creek at 5:00 on the Miss Fishing and had lines in at 7:00 with little action early in 135 ft. until we hit the ledge. We had only 1 shot at a mahi about 25 lbs. but it spit the hook on it’s first jump. Picked at the wahoo all day and ended up 5 for 6 with 1 BFT (10 lbs.) thrown in the mix. Had one shot at at sail but didn’t take the bait. Did not go deeper than 240. Wahoo were between 20-35 lbs. Will post pics later.

what were the hoo’s eating?
we had a bunch of cut offs on the naked ballys’ with mono. had one fish on and another wahoo came and ate the snap swivel and cut us off. could not get the wahoo to eat the wire rigs we had out.
Only 1 of the 6 bites came on the wire rigged flat lines and that was right at daylight. All other bites were on the far riggers and center long all mono rigged with small pink/white chuggers and sea witches.
