Hit the boat landing after work, and the wind and water did not look good! Oh well! Time to fish. It was on fire! Caught and released 56 Trout with grubs:smiley: and missed many more.

It seems to me like my best trout fishing has almost always been in sloppy weather. Sort of like sailfish.

Hope to do as well this afternoon . Last week was a blast as we caught At least 20 each the four days we went…first time in a long time the trout catch was more than the reds…kept a couple …let the others go. Love this time of year…and I for one like fishing in the cold too!
