Lines in the water at 6:30 in the Eastern end of C2. 53 feet on the points that lead into creek at 100+, just North of where creek joins the Saluda.
Thumping produced a steady stream of fish between 43 feet and the bottom. Had about 12 pull-downs where the fish grabbed bait and stripped the skin off from mid section to the tail. After switching from nose hooking to hooking under the dorsal fin caught 3 legit keepers and had a 4th near the net and the Gamakatsu broke clean in the bend. Bite died off at 8:00 and quit at 8:45.
Good luck to all captains and vets with the Wounded Warriors tomorrow - wish I could participate.
