Finished up side jobs early yesterday so I decided to throw the boat in for a couple hours and see if I could find a few. Fished the last 2 hours of the outgoing tide. Realize there is tons of bait right now but I didnt have long so I swung into Crosbys first and spent $7 on two dozen of the biggest and prettiest live shrimp and mud minnows I have ever seen. They have tons of huge live shrimp!!
Got to first spot and broke of a beast on teh 3rd cast. Landed 3 pups under slot and missed two more. All they wanted was live shrimp.
Snapped a pic of this little guy thought his 5 spots were pretty cool on such a small fish. He wasnt scared of a 3/0 circle either, he ought to be a good one in a few years.
