Went out on a beautiful sea saturday morning. Dropped lines in 130 ft inshore of the SW banks. Picked at the mahi from 130 to 200 ft in the morning. Went out to 400 ft and trolled some big bottom. Had four go down and managed two out the four. This bull went 48lbs on my rapala grip. My buddy is the one that was on the reel. His personal biggest along with the boats biggest. Ended the day with 7 mahi and missed many more but we got the day maker.
Now that’s a grown dolphin for sure.

Really nice bull guys!
Do not tell fish stories where the people know you; but particularly, don’t tell them where they know the fish.

Forgot to put that we had a rod go overboard during the fight. Some how though the line got tangled with the other fish we caught and we were able to not only put the fish in the boat but got the rob back too.
