Used to throw a 3 ft net from my yaks. Tore it up on an oyster bed so I brought out the 6 footer. Caught some mullet standing and throwing but a little dicey in moving water.
How you guys doing it?
I carry two nets. A 5’ to throw when I can get out of the yak and a 3’ Fitec Accu-throw with a ring that opens it up. That one, I can throw from the yak, one handed, sitting. Standing, I can throw that with either hand, working on it for when in the yak.
