Fished in 1600ft of water slightly south of 226 on a large rip. Caught 27 dolphin and this fat daymaker that weighed 63lbs 4oz at Haddrells this morning. Angler was Ryan Glass. His first offshore trip ever. He’s stoked. Hes getting a replica and a tattoo of it. Largest one I have seen in 30+ years of fishing.
Way to go. A newbie catching a fish like that is awesome. I’ve been trying this for 4 years now and I’ve not seen one like that!! LOL!!
that thing is a day maker, heck a season maker

Nice fish Kevin. Hammerdown
That fish is not an ounce over 61. Scale at hadderals is busted. We use to catch 20 of those a trip.
Sorry wanted to be the first to say it.
Congrats on the slob bet you will not wipe the smile off his face!
Set the trap boys, we going to pass through them again!!

What gear did you catch him on (reel-test)? Looks every bit of a TLD 25 with 30lb.
Awesome! Congrats to the lucky fella!
Sweet catch yall! Cant wait to get in that blue water with ya soon!!
“Fish On”
Congrats on the trip. That fish is truly a prize.
That is some kind of slob right there! Congrats on a catch that comes along once in a lifetime… or less. What did the Big one bite on?
Congrats to all, that will be the largest of the season? This site needs to play with a largest dolphin of the season picture board.
