Slow ride from Remely’s to Commanche in snotty seas. Went through about 2 dozen ballyhoo but only ended with 2 AJs and 3 cuda’s. Saw a nice king sky behind the boat, but no lines went out.

I’ve got a 197 as well I was wondering how much fuel you burned? Gonna run out near Y-73 tomorrow in the boat for the first time just curious?
Actually mine is th 220 Bay Sport. The 197 has a larger fuel cell and should not be any problem. We burned 36 gallons yesterday.

Thanks for the trip H&T. The fishing was fun as usual. I think you miscounted though. We had more than 3 cudas. We had 4 at Comanche and 2 more at the garden right… That’s six cudas… Ahhh who cares, we could have caught as many cudas as we wanted. I would like to know what mystery fish is swimming around out there with my purple and black lure in it’s mouth. I’ll see you again in couple of weeks if the weather is any good.
